Abstract： Objective： To study the advantages of clarithromycin + amoxicillin + rabeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods：196 patients with gastric ulceradmited totheFirst People's Hospital ofLixian County from May 2020 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 98 cases in each group.The control groupwas treated withclarithromycin，amoxicilincombinedwith omeprazole，and the experimental group was treated with clarithromycin，amoxicillincombined withrabeprazole.The therapeutic effectand symptomimprovement time of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， P<0.05 ；The remission time of disease symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： Clarithromycin and amoxicillin combined with rabeprazole are effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer， which can achieve positive control of disease symptoms and is worth popularizing.
