聚维酮碘冲洗联合左氧氟沙星滴眼预防白内障患者术后感染的疗效

Abstract：Objective：To evaluate thevalue of povidone-iodine irrigation combined with levofoxacin eye drops in the preventionand control of infection inpatients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods： A totalof78cataract patients admitted to the First People's Hospital ofLi County from May 2020 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group （levofloxacin treatment） and the experimental group （levofloxacin combined with povidone-iodine）， with 39 cases in each group.The incidence of infection and adverse reactions were different between the two groups after operation.Results：The postoperative infection rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） ，and the infection control time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group （P<0.05） .There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between groups （P>0.05） .Conclusion： Povidone-iodine irigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops has obvious preventive effect on postoperative infection of cataract， which is worth popularizing.
