Abstract： Objective：To investigate the effectofvalsartancombinedwith spironolactone inthe standardized treatment of early diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods： A total of 78 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in Chengguan District People's Hospital ofLanzhou City，Gansu Province from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected asresearch objects，and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to twocolor pelet method， with39 cases ineach group.The control group received valsartan treatment，andthe experimental group received valsartan combined with spironolactone standardized treatment.The clinical indexes，blood glucose indexes and therapeutic effectof the two groups were observed.Results：The clinical indexes of the experimental group after treatment were beter than those ofthecontrol group，the blood glucose indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，and the treatment efciency of the experimental group was higher thanthatof the control group， with statistical significance （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The standardized treatment of valsartan combined with spironolactone in early diabetic nephropathy patients can improve the clinical discomfort symptoms and promote theobvious improvement of renal function，which haspromotion value.
