成人高等学校档案数字化建设的对策研究

Abstract： In the context of the current information age，digital construction has become an important trend and development direction forschoolarchives management.Thedigitizationofarchives isamajor historical transformation inthe processofarchives management，anditisanimportant carrierandapproach forthereformof school governance. Archives digitization can notonly effectively improve the management eficiency and utilization rate of archives， butalsobettermeet thediversified needsof society forarchivalinformationand enhance thesocial service function of schools.Taking Beijing Xuanwu Hongqi Spare-time University as an example，this paper introduces the current status of the school's archives digitization construction，unifies standards，standardizes management， proposes countermeasures，and discusses the practicesandchallnges ofadult colegesanduniversities inarchivesdigitization construction.
