Abstract： Objective： To evaluate the efect of standardized early rehabilitation nursing program on the recovery of patients with sequelae of stroke.Methods：Atotal of120patients admited to People's HospitalofJinchang，Gansu Province from January 2019 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received standardized early rehabilitation nursing intervention， whilethe control group received routine nursing.After 6months offollow-up visit，the main evaluation indicators included National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS）score，Barthel Index （BI） score，and modified Rankin Scale （mRS） score. Results： Compared with the control group，the average NIHSS score in the observation group decreased significantlyandBIscore increasedsignificantly，andmRSScoredecreasedmore significantly.Conclusion： The standardized early rehabilitation nursing program has a positive efect on improving the dysfunction and quality of life of patients with stroke sequelae， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
