胆总管结石手术中遵守手术规范对治疗效果的影响研究

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the effect of compliance with surgical norms on the treatment of choledocholithiasis.Methods： 98 cases ofcholedocholithiasis patients treated in Liyang Chating Hospital from 2020 to 2024 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 49 cases in each group，according to different operation methods. The operation status， postoperative recovery， complication rate and postoperative qualityoflife score of the two groups were compared. Results： The operation and postoperative recovery of the experimental group were better than those of the control group，the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group，and the postoperative qualityof life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， P<0.05 .Conclusion： In the operation of laparoscopic choledocholithiasis，compliance with surgical norms and using one-stage suture can significantly improve the surgical effect，reduce complications，and provide support for the standardization of surgery.
