Abstract: Preschoolinclusive education has emerged asasignificant direction inthedevelopmentof special education in China.This paperanalyzes thecurrent statusofpreschool inclusive education,including issues suchas parents’ weak awareness of inclusive education,schools’lackofan inclusive education ecological culture,and theneed to enhance the society's awareness of inclusive education. It discusses the importance of standardization in preschool inclusive education and introduces in detail the content and practical value ofthe Guidelines for Teacher Competency Training inPreschoolInclusiveEducation.Basedonthis,it proposes ideas fortheconstructionandreformof preschool inclusive education in the context of standardization,including strengthening standardization eforts,improving the standards system,promoting teacher training and enhancing teachers’capabilities,strengthening home-school coperation to form an educational synergy,and optimizing resource allocation to ensure educational equity. These measures aim to promote the healthy development of preschool inclusive education and provide robust support for the joint growth of special and ordinary children.
