深圳市地方标准《物业服务通用规范》修订背景研究

Abstract：Thisarticle focusesontherevisionoftheShenzhenlocal standard SZDB/Z42—20l1，General specification for property services，analyzes the current development situation of the property management industry and the problems and dificulties in current work，analyzes the necesity and urgencyof the revision，and introduces the achievements，existing problems and areas thatneed improvement and perfection sincetheintroductionofthe standard. It alsodiscusses howtoimprove theoverallevelofpropertyservices inShenzheninthenewerabasedontheregional and economic development status of Shenzhenand the requirements for property services，further providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of property services in Shenzhen and even the whole country.
