Abstract： Inorder to ensure thequality，safetyand eficiencyof waterconservancy projects，thisarticle focuses onthe concept ofrefined management in water conservancyprojects，explores thecurrent situationand construction principles of standardizedoperation processs，analyzes the designof standardized processes in planning，design，construction， and operation and maintenance stages，and discuses theconstruction ofstandardized quality control mechanisms， including the quality management standardization systems and project supervision and evaluation mechanisms， to ensure he qualityof projects fully controllable and traceable，and promote the efficient and safe operation of water conservancy projects.
