Abstract： Objective： To investigate the efect of standardized nursing on the time window of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods：Atotal of76 patients with acute ischemic stroke admited to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing whilethe experimental group received standardized nursing.The nursing efect of the two groups was compared. Results： 32 cases （84.21%） of the control group were effectively treated， 37 cases （97.37%） ）of the experimental group were effectively treated （P<0.05） .After intervention，the treatment time，NIHSS，Barthel，GOSand FMA indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group all（ （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Standardized nursing can help shortenthe thrombolysis time window in patients withacutecerebral ischemic stroke，and the clinical comprehensive treatment has ahigh efective rate anda good improvement result in physical signs，which is worthyof promotion and application.
