Abstract: Western economics courses are faced with chalenges such as the disconnection between theory and reality, the tension betweenmathematical derivationand humanistic speculation,andthecontradictionbetween globalization andlocalization.Thelackofstandardized teaching framework furtherrestrictstheefciencyof knowledgetransfer and ability cultivation.In order to cope with these diffculties,this paper proposes a teaching framework for the construction of quantized encapsulation standards for knowledge modules,the advancement of capability training steps,and the standardization alignment ofcross-curriculum knowledge graphs.Itemphasizes the hierarchicaltransfer teachingoftheoreticalmodels,thedevelopmentofinterfacestandards forinterdisciplinaryknowledge integration,and thetransplantation ofregional characteristic cases.The implementation guarantee strategycovers thereconstructionof teachers'ability,the standardization classificationofdigitalresourcesandthedesignofefectmonitoring mechanism, while the standardization promotion path focuses on the modular encapsulation of curiculum elements,the constructionof the standardization transformation process ofbest practices,and the formulationofthe standardization protocol framework forinter-school collaboration.
