标准化护理干预方案对血透患者心理健康的影响

Abstract： Objective：To investigate the efectof standardized nursing intervention program on the long-term mental health status of patients receiving hemodialysis.Methods： A total of120 patients receiving routine hemodialysis treatmentin the Baiyin Third People's Hospital，Gansu Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental groupand the control group，with 6O cases in each group.The experimental group received standardized nursing intervention program， and the control group received routine nursing.Depression and anxiety levels were assssed in both groups.Results：After 12 months of intervention，SDS scores decreased by an average of 15.4% and SAS scores decreased by an average of 14.2% . In the control group， the changes in these two indexes did notreach statistical significance.Thecomparisonbetween the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in reducing depression and anxiety symptoms 号 （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The standardized nursing intervention program can efectively improve the mental health status ofhemodialysis patients，and it is recommended to incorporate this nursing measure into dailyclinical practice.
