湖南高层次国际标准化人才培养体系构建研究

Abstract： High-level international standardization talents play an increasingly important role in dealing with international competition，supporting industrial development and promoting consumptionupgrading.As the global competition intensifies daybyday，the high-level international standardization talent training in China also faces significant opportunities and challenges.This article analyzes the current situation of the development of high-level international standardization talent teams in Hunan province and proposes targeted measures and suggestions for the construction offuture international standardization talent teams inresponse to existing problems in standardization talents.Itis expected to createahigh-level international standardization talent team，constantly provide talentand technical support forcarrying out standardization activities，and promote the in-depth development of international standardization talent training work.
