Abstract： This research focuses on the application of QC group activities in the optimization of laboratory liquid measurement methods.After the research topic was clarified，aQC group Was established.With a variety of quality management tools and through steps such as current situation investigation，goal setting，cause analysis，determination of main causes，countermeasure development and implementation，effect inspection，consolidating measures， summary，and plans for the next step，systematic work was carried out. As a result，the liquid measurement accuracy rateincreased from 83% to 96% ，significantly improving the accuracy of experimental data.At the same time， the profesional technology，management ability，and comprehensivequalityof the group members were enhanced.The research results providean effectiveimprovementplan for laboratory liquid measurement work and have important reference value for quality management in related fields.
