气相色谱质谱法测定土壤中19种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂方法验证

Abstract: In this study, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of 19 phthalate plasticizers in soil and analyze the accuracy of the detection method. 20.0mL of ethyl acetate, 10μL~200μL of substitute, and 5.0μL of internal standard were added to the sample,which was extracted at 100∘C for 10 minutes witharapid solvent extractor,and performed with static extraction twice.The extraction solution was purified with an alumina column,theefuent was collected anddried with a nitrogen blower,and ethylacetate was added toa volume of 1mL .The solution was determined by machine and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the19 plasticizers hadgood separationeffects,withlinearcorrelationcoefficientsmaintainedaboveO.995,detection limits ranging from 0.01 to 1.90mg/kg ,determination limits ranging from 0.04 to 7.60mg/kg ,spiked recovery rates ranging from 71.0% to 116.0% ,and relative standard deviations ranging from 1.6% to 14.1% . Actual soil samples were also measured.This method is easy to operate with accurate results and high sensitiveness,which consumes less organic solvents,and can meet the detection needs of19 phthalate plasticizers in soil.
