四联疗法联合消化内镜标准化疗法对胃溃疡出血患者的疗效影响

Abstract： Objective：To investigate theefectof quadruple therapycombined with standardized therapyof digestive endoscopy on patients with gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods： 78 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admited to Chengxian Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to May2023 were randomly divided nto the control groupand theexperimental group，with39cases ineach group.Thecontrol group wastreated with quadruple therapy，andtheexperimental group was treated with digestive endoscopybasedonthecontrolgroup.Theeffective rate of reatment，the remision time of disease symptoms and the levelofcoagulation function index were compared between the two groups.Results： The effective rate of the experimental group was higher thanthat of the control group， P<0.05 The symptom remission time of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） . After treatment， the mean values of PT and D-dimer in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，and the mean values ofFIB in the experimental group were higher than those inthe control group， P<0.05 .Conclusion： Quadruple therapy combined with standardized therapy of digestive endoscopy is effective in patients with gastric ulcerbleeding，and canefectivelyregulate thecoagulation functionof patients，which is worth popularizing.
