内蒙古新材料与能源行业标准化发展应用浅析基于新质生产力协同视角

Abstract:To implement theAction Plan for UpgradingRaw Material Industryby Upgrading Standards (2025-2027) issued bytheMinistryof Industryand Information Technologyandotherdepartments,strengthen the leadingroleof standards,standardize the industrial supply side,and help the development ofnew quality productive forces, Inner Mongolia autonomous region,as a national energyand new material industrial base,shoulders the important task of supporting the national defense science and technology industry with rare earth,wind energy and solar energy resources.Under the guidanceof thePilot Plan for New Material Standards,the standardization work mechanism has turned to the management system of “supplementing the missing standards,raising the low-quality standards, converting the excellent standards,and implementing the existing standards”in anal-round way,thus realizing the standardization coverage in the whole proces.The generalization of military and civilian standards has far-reaching strategicsignificance forthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofborderareas,which is helpfultoenhance theoveralldefense capability and socialstabilityof borderareas,create a good external environment foreconomic development,promote technological innovationand industrialupgrading in border areas,accelerate scientificresearchby integrating military and civilian technical resources,accelerating the transformation of sientific research achievements,and promoting the economyinborderareasinahigh-end,intelligentandgreenwayespeciallyinthefeldofnewmaterials.This transformationnot onlyenhances the self-developmentabilityofborder areas,but also provides strong support for the implementation of the national energy security strategy.

内蒙古全区有109种矿产的保有资源量,居全国前十位,其中有52种矿产的保有资源量居全国前三位,煤炭、铅、锌、银、稀土等,21种矿产的保有资源量居全国第一位,世界稀土看中国,中国稀土看包头,包头市的白云鄂博矿山,是全球储量最大的稀土矿山,拥有全国 83.7% 、全球 37.8% 的储量。(剩余6237字)
