标准化腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术对术后疼痛及恢复时间的影响

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the efect of standardized laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in patients with ovariancyst.Methods： A total of 140 patients with ovarian cyst admited to the First People's Hospital of Baiyin， Gansu Province from June 202 to October 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group， with 70 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional open ovarian cyst exfoliation，while the study group underwent standardized laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation. Postoperative recovery indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results： Compared with the control group，the study group had less intraoperative blood loss，shorteroperation time，hospitalstayand firsttimeof getingoutofbed aftersurgery， and lowerVAS scores on day1 and day 3 after surgery （P<0.05） .The incidence of complications in the control group was lower in the study group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： Standardized laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal for patients with ovarian cyst has a faster recoveryrate and alower risk ofcomplications，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
