Research on the Process Reengineering of Open Education Management Informatization from the Perspective of Grassroots Open Universities

Abstract： Based on the perspective of grassroots open universities， the informationization process reengineering of open education management can meet the personalized needs of students，increase student stickines，and improve the quality of open education.To promote the process reengineering of open education informationization， three points need to beachieved： first，to create an informationization platform and promote the integration of various roles; Secondly，we will providefat stafservices to promotedivision of labor among open universitiesat all levels; The third is to deply cultivate practical teaching content and promote the professional development of teachers.
