Abstract： This paper takes the financial digital transformation of an enterprise as a case study to explore the application path of big data technology in financial management.By constructing a data-driven decision-making system，the research optimizes financial operation processes and proposes implementation strategies such as technological integration and risk management，providing practical references for similar enterprises to advance their intelligent financial transformation.
