Construct an Intelligent Agent for Telecommunication Network Change Operations to Guarantee the Secure and Robust Operation of Networks with Superior Quality

Abstract: To address issues such as insufcient pre-event risk assessment,non-standard in-event operations,and lack of post-event racking incommunication network change operations,this paper takes thepractice ofChina Mobile Communications Group Fujan Co.,Ltd.as aresearchcase to design and construct a network change intellgent agent based on China Mobile's Jiutian Large Model.The intelligent agent integrates knowledge graph and RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation)technology to build a full-process inteligent system for network changes covering 12 links and 7 scenarios,realizing core functions including automatic scheme generation,dynamic risk identification,and second-level abnormal disposal.Application data in 2O24 shows that the duration of network change operations is shortened by 68% ,thehuman-caused accident rateisreduced to O,theaccuracy of risk identification reaches 92% and the efficiency of scheme generation is improved by 80% .This system effectively promotes the transformation of network operation and maintenance from "experience-driven" to "data-driven"and provides a replicable intellgent solution for network security assurance in the communication industry.
