Abstract： This paper focuses on the research of smart station management and control platform of urban rail transit.Firstly，the functionalrequirements areanalyzed in depth，includingpassengerservice，equipment management and safety emergency treatment. Secondly， the specific functions and implementation methods of the functional modules such as integrated Kanban，equipment monitoring，scene management and station management are analyzed. Finally，the keytechnologies inthe development process are discussed，including theapplicationofInternetof things， bigdataandcloudcomputing，artificial intelligenceanddigital twintechnologyintheplatform.Through theresearch onthe platform functionand development technology，itaims toimprove the intellgent managementlevelofurbanrail transit stations and promote the intelligent development of urban rail transit industry.
