Design and Practice of Intelligent Control System for Mesh Belt Dryer Based on PLC

Abstract: the hardware design of the intellgent control system of the mesh belt dryer includes the PLC main controller, touch screen,temperature,humidity,hot air speedacquisition moduleandother keycomponents,aiming to realize the intellgent drying process,select the appropriate PLCmain controller and touch screen,and ensure the reliability of the system.In the test phase,the coordination abilityand response abilityof each module are verified. The results show that the system meets the expectations in allindicators,and has good real-time feedback and data processing ability.
