Abstract： This article analyzes the current situation of network security faced in hospital informationization construction，covering technical challenges，deficienciesinmanagement systems，and frequentsecurityincidents.A series of practical and effective strategies have been proposed to addressthesechallenges，including deploying zero trust securityarchitecture to enhance technical protection，conducting comprehensivedata security audits，designing a "one-stop" service platform to optimize management processes，and implementing a network securityKPI assessment system to clarify responsibilities.Atthe same time，emphasizing regular security education and training，as wellas the cultivation ofcomposite talents，aims to provide solid theoretical supportand practical guidance for hospital network security management， efectively respond to increasingly severe network threats，and ensure the smooth operation of hospital information systems and the security of patient data.
