Abstract： This paper focuses on the practice and application of digital technology in enhancing the competencies of vocational college teachers. It analyzes the current state of vocational college teachers'competencies and the application of digital technology，proposes strategies for leveraging this technology to improve teaching，practical skills，information-based teaching，and innovationabilities，anddemonstrates theeffectivenessthrough casestudies. The paper provides a reference for promoting the development of vocational colege teachers'competencies and improving the quality of vocational education.
