Abstract： To promote theco-construction and sharing of library information resources，this paper takes the coconstructionand sharing mechanism of information resources inuniversity librariesas the starting point.It analyzes the necesity of such a mechanism，and explores specific strategies for the co-construction and sharing mechanism by referring to domestic and foreign cases of information resource co-construction and sharing.

信息化时代，大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术愈发成熟，数据生产的速度与数量呈爆发式的增长，数据已经成为当今社会最为重要的生产要素之一，是与技术、资本等并列的重要战略性资源，对社会经济快速发展起到了积极的促进作用。（剩余4489字）
