The integration and Optimization Path of Resources in the Digital Construction of Archives in Vocational Colleges

Abstract： Currently， the archive management systems of most technical colleges are in a state of separation from each other，and thereis alack of effective data communication and sharing mechanisms between the systems.This leads to the existence of information silos，which means that archive resources cannot be effectively utilized.Based on this situation，thereisanurgentneedforresourceintegration，digitalconstruction，andefectiveinformationsaring in the archives management of technical coleges.Whileimproving theoverall efciencyof archives management work， it can also ensure the quality of information services.
