产业数字化背景下高职教师数字素养培养探究

Exploration on the Cultivation of Digital Literacy of Vocational College Teachers under Industrial Digitization

Abstract: With theaccelerationof industrial digitization,higher vocational education is facing new chalenges and opportunities.Asakeyforce incultivating high-qualitytechnicaland skilled talents,vocational colege teachers' digital literacydirectlyafects thequalityofeducationand teaching,aswellas students'abilitytoadapt tothedigital industry.This article deeplyanalyzes therequirements of industrial digitization for the digital literacyof vocational colege teachers,explores theexisting problems in the digital literacyofvocational colege teachers,and proposes targeted improvement paths,aiming to provide usefulreferences forvocational education toadaptto industrialchanges and cultivate talents that meet the needs of the times.

教育部2022年发布的《教师数字素养》教育行业标准,明确界定教师数字素养为“教师适当利用数字技术获取、加工、使用、管理和评价数字信息和资源,发现、分析和解决教育教学问题,优化、创新和变革教育教学活动而具有的意识、能力和责任”,并构建了包含数字化意识、数字技术知识与技能、数字化应用、数字社会责任、专业发展等五个一级维度的框架体系,为我国教师数字素养研究与实践提供了统一规范与基准。(剩余4227字)
