Abstract： This paper focuses on the digital transformation needs of assets and equipment management，and constructs a smart management platform based on data governance.Through the Internet of Things （IoT）technology， the ful-life cycle datacollection of equipment is realized.Knowledge graphs areused to construct the association network of assets，and dynamic prediction models are established by combining machine learning algorithms， providing solutions for maximizing the value of assets in the scenario of intelligent manufacturing.
