Abstract： Currently，the employment situation for vocational college students is severe，and the quality of employment urgently needs to be improved.From the perspective of big data， this paper analyzes the current employment situation of vocational collge students and puts forward suggestions such as constructing a multidimensional employment data system and optimizing the mechanism for improving employment quality. These suggestions can effectively enhance the precision of employment guidance，strengthen students' employment competitiveness，and promote the achievement of higher-quality employment.
