Abstract： Inthe informationage，theadministrativemanagementof public institutions is facingsevere challnges，and bigdatatechnologyhasprovided newapplicationpaths for it.Thispaperanalyzes thebasicconnotationofbigdata technology， explores itsaplications insuch fieldsastalentselection，performance evaluation，financialbudgeting，andgoverment services，and improves the decision-making efciency and implementation effect of administrative management.
