Abstract： This article focuses on the innovation of clinical medicine employment education mode based on digital technology.Itanalyzes theconnotation of digitalizationandclinical medicine employment education，and constructs an innovative framework that encompasses teaching content，methods，guidance，and management modes.By evaluatingthe efects throughimplementation cases，iproposes promotionandsafeguard measures，aiming to enhance students'employment competitiveness and optimize the clinical medicine employment education system.
