Abstract: in the process of aluminum electrolysis production,theadhesionand blockage of thesheling hammer head seriously affect the fluency and production efciency of the electrolytic cellblanking system. In order to solve this problemand ensure the smoothfowoftheblankingsystem ofthe electrolyticcellitis necessary tostrengthen the timely and efective management of the shelling control system.Based on the existing PC intelligent shelling controlsystem,combining the advantagesandcharacteristics ofmobileappsystem,this paper designsandimplements the intelligent shelling mobile appsystem.The systemuses SQLserveras thedata storage platform,eclipse and Android studio as the main development platform,and builds the system based on Java language,which realizes the seamless connection between mobile phone and server. Users can conveniently query and manage the electrolyticcell status and blocking status inrealtime through the mobile terminal, which provides convenience for the operation of process personel.
