--Taking the Coal Transportation Program Control System of a Certain Chemical Plant as an Example ZHANGYuechen

Abstract：Thedesign of coal transportation control system is avery traditional topic.In chemical plants with industrial computer control as the core，the automatic controlof production system plays a crucial role，and the communication between independent subsystems is becoming increasingly close.The coal transportation system is an important subsystem of chemical plants.Therefore，how to use advanced control technology and means to improve the automation level of thecoal transportation system to meet the needs of safe and reliable operation of the factory is the keyissue of the coal transportation program control system.This article takes the coal transportation system of a certainchemical plant as the analysis object，and uses iFIX software to develop the upper computer program control system，which realizes the monitoring function of the entire productionprocessof the coal transportationsystem and has relatively complete monitoring and management capabilities.
