Abstract： This paper discusses the construction of ideological and political education system in universities empowered bydigital technology.Itanalyzes itsconnotationandtheoretical basis，proposes principles suchasstudentcentered education and integrationof innovation，and constructs strategies from theaspects of optimizing objectives， innovating content，and improving methods，aiming to enhance the effectivenessof ideologicaland political education through digital technologyand provide ideas for the reform of ideological and political education in universities.
