Abstract：Computeranimation technology，as an important meansof modern filmand television special effects production， plays an important role in virtual scene creation，biological character shaping，and physical special effects simulation through two major technological routes： 2D animation and 3D animation. With the integration and applicationofemerging technologies such as motioncapture，virtual reality，andartificial inteligence，computer animation has shown stronger artistic expresionand innovative potential in film and television creation.The film andtelevision works represented by Avatar fully demonstrate the breakthrough achievements of computeranimation technology in visual presentation and narrative expresion，promoting filmand televisionartcreationto newheights.
