Research on the Construction and Operation Mode of Supply Chain Think Tank System for Power Grid Enterprises

Abstract： think tanks play a huge role in promoting the development of modern enterprises， helping enterprises improve the scientificity and accuracy of decision-making in operation and management，improve the innovation and competitiveness of products and services in market competition，and improve their brand image and goodwil in value creation. Power grid enterprises provide energy security for economic and social development，and a large number of power grid infrastructure construction needs a strong supply chain to provide support. With the continuous innovation of new concepts，technologies and modes of modern supply chain management，power grid enterprises need to establish a high-end think tank system to serve suply chain operation.This paper explores the establishment of supply chain think tank organization system by power grid enterprises.By colecting internal and external data information，itsupports businessanalysis and evaluation，functional strategic planningand configurationof business strategies，provides intellectual servicesand decision support for the innovationand development ofsupplychain，and continuously promotes the upgrading ofsupply chain management level to better serve the development of power grid.
