Abstract: In response to the challenges of nonlinear channels and strong noise in highly complex communication systems,this paper proposes adeep learningarchitecture that integrates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN),Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTM),and Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN).Experiments show thatLSTM exhibits outstanding performance in signal detection andanti - interference,while CNNreduces the processing delay to meet the real - time requirements.
