Abstract： In response to the challenges of nonlinear channels and strong noise in highly complex communication systems，this paper proposes adeep learningarchitecture that integrates Convolutional Neural Networks （CNN），Long Short-Term Memory networks （LSTM），and Generative Adversarial Networks （GAN）.Experiments show thatLSTM exhibits outstanding performance in signal detection andanti - interference，while CNNreduces the processing delay to meet the real - time requirements.
