Abstract： This article explores the construction of an employment education teacher training system based on digital technology. It analyzes the connotations of digital technology and employment education teacher training， follows principles such as demand orientation，and constructs a training system from multiple aspects including objectives，content，and methods. It also proposes specific implementation paths，aiming to enhance the level of teachers，improve thequalityof employment education，and strengthen students'employabilitycompetitiveness.
