Abstract：In the processofdigitization，theprotection of personal information rights fordigitally disadvantaged groups faces challenges.This article first defines the connotation of digital vulnerable groups and their personal information rights，then points out the problems of information acquisition and processing disadvantages，the need to improvetheegulatorytem，ndobstaclesineliefchanels.Finalyitproposesthatthepersonalabilitiesodigital vulnerable groups should be improved througheducationand training，aunifed regulatorysystem should beestablished， departmentalresponsibilitiesouldbeclarifed，nternationalcoperationsouldbestrengthened，iversifedlegalelief chanelsshouldbeimproved，privatereliefsupportsouldbestrengthenedandtheboundariesoflegalinterestssouldbe clearly defined to safeguard their rights and promote social fairness and harmonious development.
