Research on Risk Control of Hospital Logistics Informatization Management from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract： With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology，hospital logistics management is gradually transforming towards intelligence and effciency.This article deeply explores the application scenarios ofartificial intelligence technologyin hospital logistics management，and systematicallyanalyzes the technical， management，safety，and ethical risks it brings.Inresponse to these risks，this articleconstructs a comprehensive risk control strategysystem，covering four levels： technical control，management optimization，security guarantee， and institutional guarantee.Through measures such as algorithm interpretability enhancement，multimodal data verification，system redundancy design，PDCA cycle improvement mechanism， blockchain traceability technology， network security protection，and sensitive information desensitization processng，combined with composite talent cultivationand third-party service provider admision standards，it provides theoretical supportand practical guidance for the intelligent transformation of hospital logistics management，and promotes the high-quality development of hospital logistics management.
