Abstract： Telecom enterprises leverage large model technologies to drive intelligent upgrades of core businesses. Relying on large model technologies to break through the bottlenecks of distributed computing and knowledge integration，theyconsolidate the intelligentfoundation; promote theimprovementofintelligentcustomerservice，work order processng，knowledge push，operationandmaintenancediagnosis，andriskcontrolinterception，withntelligent analysis aiding decision-making transformation; and accelerate human-machine collaboration through the integration of technology and business as well as talent cultivation.
