Abstract：This paper focuseson therole of big data in enhancing the vocationalcore competencies of higher vocational students.Itanalyzes the basicconnotations ofbigdataand vocationalcorecompetencies，explores the application of bigdata in asessment，personalized learning，and teaching practice，and proposes strategies from the perspectives of student self-improvement，school teaching，and school-enterprisecooperation.Theaim is to improve the quality ofhigher vocational talent cultivation with thehelp of big data.
