Abstract： This paper explores the application of digital and intelligent technologies in urban emergency management.By constructing an emergency command platform，an air-space-ground collaborative response network， a risk monitoringand early warning system，and a dynamic evaluation mechanism，it aims to provide references for building an efficient， intelligent， and precise urban emergency management system.
