Abstract： In the context of the "dual high" construction，in order to improve the quality level of innovative talent cultivation in electronic innovation centers，aresearch onthe innovative talentcultivation system of electronic innovation centers in vocational colleges based on modern information technology is proposed.Firstlyclarifythe connotationofcultivating innovative talentsandanalyze the impactof modern information technologyon the talent cultivation processOnthis basis，combined with the "Double High Plan"，bypositioning the training objectivesof innovative talents，integrating modern information technology into the curriculum systemand teaching content， constructing a practical teaching system for electronic innovation centers，and establishing a teaching evaluation and feedback mechanism，we willjointlybuildan innovative talent training system to enhance students' innovative thinkingand practicalabilities，andmeet thesocialdemand forinnovative talentsinelectronic informationtechnology.
