Abstract： This paper focuses on the construction of the ideological and political education dissemination system for colege students based onnew media technology. It analyzes the connotative characteristics of new media technologyandthe disseminationof ideological and political education forcollge students，discusses theobjectives and principlesofconstructing the dissemination system of ideological and political education forcolege students，and proposes specificconstruction strategies，aiming to enhance the effectiveness of ideologicaland political education through new media and promote the comprehensive development of college students.
