Abstract： In the process of social development in China， great attention is paid to the construction of infrastructure，and emergency broadcasting，as an important infrastructure，can quickly disseminate relevant information to thepeopleand rescue personnel inthe event of sudden disastersand safety incidents，inorder to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.Based on this，this article first provides a brief analysis of the curent emergency broadcasting systemandelaborates onthe key front-end technologies of theemergency broadcasting system.Finally，it proposes theconstruction approach of the emergency broadcasting system under the backgroundof modernization，hoping toefectively enhance China's emergencyresponse capabilities inthe faceofpublicemergencies.
