Abstract: With the developmentof Internet of Things technologyand therapid increase inthe number of devices, monitoring systems are facing challenges such as large data volume,high processing speed requirements,and high storage pressure.In response to the technical bottenecks encountered by traditional monitoring systems in big data environments,this article designs a distributed architecture based monitoring system solution.The system adopts Hadoop ecosystem technology,combined with the streaming computing framework Storm to achieve real-time data processing,uses Kafka message queue to solvedata transmission problems,and stores massivedata through MongoDB distributed database.The system realizes the automation of the entire process of data collection,transmission, processing,storage and display.After testingand verification,itcan support milionsofdata processing capabilities per second,andthedataprocessingdelayisontrolledattheiliseondlevel,providingreferencefortheconstrction of monitoring systems in big data environments.
