摘 要:随着食品加工行业的发展,食品安全已成为公共卫生领域的核心议题之一。传统的食品安全监测方法存在成本高、监测时间长、操作工程复杂等诸多问题,影响了食品安全监测的高效性和准确性。肠道益生菌作为一类对宿主有益的微生物,在维持宿主肠道健康和食品安全监测中显示出巨大潜力。

Research on Food Safety Monitoring Technology Based on Intestinal Probiotics

Abstract: With the development of the food processing industry, food safety has become one of the core issues in the field of public health. Traditional food safety monitoring methods have many problems such as high cost, long monitoring time, and complex operation engineering, which affect the efficiency and accuracy of food safety monitoring. As a class of microorganisms that are beneficial to the host, intestinal probiotics have shown great potential in maintaining host intestinal health and food safety monitoring.
