摘 要:为了提升农产食品有害添加剂检测的精准性和效率,保障食品安全与消费者健康,本文以气相色谱法为例,研究其在农产食品中有害着色剂、有害防腐剂、有害甜味剂、瘦肉精类物质及隐匿农药添加剂等检测中的应用。

Application of Gas Chromatography in the Detection of Harmful Additives in Agricultural Food Products

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the detection of harmful additives in agricultural food and ensure food safety and consumer health, this paper takes gas chromatography as an example to study its application in the detection of harmful colorants, harmful preservatives, harmful sweeteners, clenbuterol substances and hidden pesticide additives in agricultural food.
